    • We primarily ship within the UK but offer shipping to the EU and USA upon request.

      • EU: 5–10 business days
      • USA: 7–14 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ÂŁ25.00 (GBP).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We comply with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (for UK/EU consumers) and offer a fair returns policy for all customers.

  • Right to Cancel (UK/EU Consumers):
    • UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an order for non-custom items, starting the day after delivery.

    • Return the items within 14 days of notifying us, unused, in original condition, and in secure packaging.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Returns (All Customers):
    • Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Soso Style is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
  • Exchanges:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds:
