How long does it take to receive my order?
Most ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take up to a week depending on complexity. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is posted.
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes — all earrings are made with 925 sterling-silver or hypoallergenic findings. We choose skin-friendly, nickel-free metals so they’re comfortable for everyday wear.
Can I request a custom colour or design?
Absolutely! We love turning your ideas into something special. Just email us at hello@sosostyle.co.uk or send a message on Instagram with your preferred colours or style inspiration.
What if I need to return or exchange something?
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, earrings must remain sealed and unworn. You can read our full policy on the Returns page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — all Soso Style jewellery arrives beautifully packaged, and we can include a handwritten note if it’s a gift. Just leave your message in the order notes at checkout.
