  • Custom or Personalized Items: May require additional processing time, as specified on the product page or at checkout.
  • Unexpected Delays: If any unexpected delays occur (e.g., due to stock shortages, material delays, or postal disruptions), we’ll notify you promptly by email with an updated estimated delivery date.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, (e.g., courier delays, customs). We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and meet the estimated timeframes.

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Tracked).
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent).
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ÂŁ25.00 GBP (after discounts). Orders under ÂŁ25.00 incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • EU Deliveries:
    • Available to select EU countries upon request (contact us to confirm eligibility).
    • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
  • USA Deliveries:
    • Available on a limited basis for select items (contact us to confirm availability).
    • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

3. Free Shipping

  • UK: Free standard shipping on all orders over ÂŁ25.00 GBP (after discounts, before taxes if applicable).
  • International: Free shipping promotions for EU or USA orders may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold incur a delivery fee, displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.
  • Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Soso Style is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery:
    • You may request re-delivery (additional shipping fees apply).
    • Alternatively, we can issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) once the parcel is received.

6. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will typically leave a card or send an email/text with re-delivery or collection options.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts:
    • We can resend it (additional shipping fees apply).
    • Or issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) upon receipt of the returned parcel.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (EU & USA)

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • UK Orders: Allow up to 10 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
  • EU/USA Orders: Allow up to 20 business days after dispatch to account for customs.

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
